My Day Check provides AI-generated tarot interpretations, which are digital products delivered instantly after payment. Once an interpretation is generated and displayed to you, it is considered delivered and consumed.

Once Delivered, Non-Refundable

Because tarot interpretations are digital products generated and delivered instantly, a reading that has been successfully generated and displayed is non-refundable.

By ticking the consent box at checkout, you ask us to generate your reading immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive once it has been generated (Article 16, point m: digital content supplied not on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's express consent).

When We Refund

We will refund your charge through Whop, or deliver your reading, whichever you prefer, if:

• a technical failure prevented your reading from being generated or delivered
• you were charged twice for the same reading
• the charge wasn't made by you (subject to verification)

How to Report an Issue

If your reading was not delivered, please contact us at[email protected]. Include the following:

• The link of your result page, or the email address used for payment
• Date and approximate time of purchase
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your case promptly and either deliver your reading or refund you.
