We make no claims of supernatural ability, psychic power, or predictive accuracy. The interpretations are generated by an AI language model and should be treated as a form of entertainment and personal reflection.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a reading from My Day Check. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Pricing and Payment

Each tarot interpretation costs $1.99 USD as a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

All payments are processed by Whop, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Whop handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing. By making a purchase, you also agree to Whop's Terms of Service.

6. Digital Product Delivery

Your tarot interpretation is a digital product that is generated and delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. Once the interpretation is displayed, the product is considered delivered and consumed.

7. Refunds and Remedies

Due to the instant digital nature of our product, we do not offer monetary refunds for delivered readings. In the event of a verified technical failure preventing delivery, our sole remedy is to provide a complimentary new reading. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or usefulness of any tarot reading or interpretation. All readings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes the right to limit or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

All content on My Day Check, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of My Day Check and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The tarot card images used on this site are from the Rider-Waite-Smith deck (1909), which is in the public domain.

Your personal reading is generated for your private use. You may save, print, or share your own reading, but you may not resell or commercially distribute readings obtained from our service.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access the service through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to bypass payment or security measures
• Resell or commercially redistribute readings

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Day Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific reading giving rise to the claim.
