My Day Check provides AI-generated tarot interpretations, which are digital products delivered instantly after payment. Once an interpretation is generated and displayed to you, it is considered delivered and consumed.
No Monetary Refunds
Because tarot interpretations are digital products generated and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds once a reading has been successfully generated and displayed.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a one-time digital service that is consumed immediately upon delivery.
Technical Failures
If you completed payment but did not receive your interpretation due to a verified technical error on our end, we will provide a complimentary new reading at no additional charge. This is our sole remedy in such cases — we do not issue monetary refunds.
How to Report an Issue
If your reading was not delivered, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase. Include the following:
- The email address used for payment
- Date and approximate time of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and, if a technical failure is confirmed, issue a free reading link promptly.
